The social heart, on the deepest part of the lagoon
QTZL lives where the water turns deep turquoise. Two pools — one an infinity edge open to the lagoon — a private dock, palapa cabanas and a restaurant. The club you walk down to from home.
Long days facing the 7 colors
QTZL is the gathering point of The Reserve: where the morning begins on the dock and the afternoon lingers at the infinity pool. Designed to be lived daily, not visited once. Tropical-brutalist architecture — concrete, chukum, wood — set on the deepest band of the Lagoon of 7 Colors, with direct access to the water. A private day club, a few steps from your residence. As an owner, you and your guests enjoy 30% off the Day Club and every hotel service.

The infinity pool
Where the edge vanishes over the water
The infinity pool reaches out over the deepest part of the lagoon: the pool's surface merges with the natural turquoise and the edge disappears. Built in concrete and chukum, it follows the shoreline rather than imposing on it. It is the landmark of QTZL and the place the day returns to.

Two pools
Two waters, two rhythms of the day
QTZL offers two pools, each with its own character: the contemplative infinity pool looking out over the lagoon, and a second, more social pool sheltered within the vegetation — made for swimming, gathering and family days. Loungers, palapa shade and service connect the two, so you can move from quiet to company without leaving the club.

Private dock
Direct access to turquoise water
A private wooden dock reaches into the lagoon and opens the water to residents: swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and a calm launch toward Bacalar's channels and sandbanks. Direct access to the deepest, clearest part of the Lagoon of 7 Colors, reserved for those who live here.

- Swimming in the lagoon
- Residents only

Palapa cabanas
Shade and rest facing the lagoon
Private palapa cabanas line the water: wood structures with palm-thatch roofs, open to the breeze, with loungers, shade and service. Each cabana is a retreat facing the lagoon to spend the day — read, dine, rest — without giving up the view. Wood and palm, in dialogue with the surrounding jungle.

Restaurant
Regional cuisine, facing the water
QTZL's restaurant works with produce from the peninsula: Caribbean fish and seafood, vegetables from nearby gardens, cooked with technique and restraint. Dine in the shade of the palapa or at the pool's edge, the lagoon always in view. Bar cocktails, mezcal and wines. The place where the day stretches to the last light.
